Checkout is handled through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We never see or store your full payment card number.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. If a payment option you expect is unavailable, please contact support@birkhub.com.

No Hidden Fees, Ever

The total you approve during checkout is the total you pay.

Applicable U.S. sales taxes, where required, are calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.

Currency, Authorization & Billing

If you notice a charge you do not recognize, please contact us at +1 (346) 672-6975 before initiating a dispute so we can investigate and assist you.

All payment information is transmitted using encrypted SSL/TLS connections and processed by certified payment providers that comply with industry security standards.

To help protect our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, some orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention purposes.

If additional verification is required, we will contact you using the information provided during checkout. Orders identified as fraudulent or high-risk may be cancelled and fully refunded.
